I would love for you to read the first three books of my series Mystery at Blackbeard's Cove which takes place on Ocracoke and involves just about all of the families. I worked under the tutelage of Clinton Gaskill until he passed away and is now a pirate on Blackbeard's ghost ship. I am researching and writing book IV now. I had missed your updates. I too, just returned from the Outer Banks and made it to Hatteras but did not take the ferry accross to the Island.
