Dr. John Doepper D.C

Dr. John Doepper DC is Director of Capitol Rehab of Winchester.

Dr. Doepper completed his undergraduate work at University of North Texas and received his Doctorate from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas Texas. He has successfully treated spinal injuries such as disc protrusions, sprain/strains, sciatic and other forms of radiculitis. He has also applied his understanding of human biomechanics to treat extremity conditions such as carpal tunnel, double crush syndrome, patella-femoral syndrome, patellar tendonitis, Achilles’ tendonitis and plantar fasciitis without the use of drugs or surgery.

Dr. Doepper believes in the use of integrative medicine to treat on and off the job injuries and has developed a lecture series that focuses on the prevention of injuries.

Dr. Jack Ricci

CHIROPRACTOR

Dr. Jack Ricci received his Bachelor of Science in Health from the State University of New York, College at Cortland in May 1990. His Doctorate of Chiropractic was completed at Parker College of Chiropractic (Dallas, TX) in May 1998. Dr. Ricci, who also received EMT certification in June 1998, is currently pursuing his Diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology through monthly doctoral seminars.

Dr. Ricci brings a slightly different approach to Chiropractic to the Winchester area. While firmly dedicated to the Chiropractic philosophy of wellness and healing, he operates in a traditional healthcare setting, free of high pressure sales tactics or gimmicky marketing plans. His primary care is for the patient and willingly makes appropriate referrals when indicated.

Dr. Ricci has practiced in Arkansas, Long Island and New York City. He is now part of the chiropractic professional team at Capitol Rehab of Winchester.

Dr. James Matchett

CHIROPRACTOR, CERTIFIED ATHLETIC TRAINER, ART ® AND GRASTON PRACTITIONER

Dr. Matchett is a very valuable member of our team. He is an experienced Chiropractor and Athletic Trainer. He is also a certified ART®, and certified GRASTON provider.

Dr. Matchett has also been the official team chiropractor for the Washington Redskins and his hobbies include football (Former quarterback for the Virginia Monarchs), racing his BMX and mountain biking.

Mike Gerometta

MS, CSCS, ATHLETIC TRAINER, CERTIFIED TITLEIST PERFORMANCE & GOLF FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Mike Gerometta, an Athletic Trainer, is known for his development and utilizing a functional evaluation screening to implement corrective exercise techniques and methods of reactive-based exercises that enhances motor learning and to improve overall biomechanics. These components are the pillars of the Capitol Rehab’s notorious rehabilitation exercise regime.

Mike is an exercise technician and insightful professional and his ability to train a variety of both athletes and rehab patients is the result of his diverse background. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, certified personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and is a Titleist Performance Golf Fitness Instructor (worked under the direction of Dr. Greg Rose, Co-founder of the Titleist Performance Institute).

Mike achieved his Master’s Degree in Athletic Training from Shenandoah University in 2005.
Mike is a native-born Winchester resident, and he plans to become a Master Certified Russian Kettlebell Instructor, and to continue his research on advancing his rehabilitative methods.

Debbie Jeunette

CERTIFIED HEALTH COUNSELOR

Debbie Jeunette is a Certified Health Counselor, Massage Therapist, a member of the American Association of Drugless Practioners and has over 30 years experience in the fitness industry as a personal and group fitness trainer.

Debbie’s purpose is to help her clients find balance and harmony with their own health in a way that is fun, adventurous and bio-individual!

Diane Ricci

LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER

Diane is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 23 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults and the geriatric population. Her therapeutic practice supports adolescents and adults requiring individual, couple and/or family counseling to deal with adjustment issues, depression/anxiety issues and a variety of stressors impacting daily life. I am very excited to be part of the team at Capitol Rehab. I have worked in a Chiropractic office setting for 11 years. I am very happy to be back in Winchester, Virginia and look forward to working together to bring our community health and wellness. At Capitol Rehab of Winchester, I am working in the insurance and billing department and will be happy to assist you with your insurance needs.

Carey is one of our front desk receptionists at Capitol Rehab who assists patients.

Originally from Herndon, VA, Carey has been living in Stephens City for eight years and is currently attending Shenandoah University. Carey is in her last year of studying Biology and will be receiving her Bachelor’s degree in 2009.

After graduation, Carey plans on working towards a career in veterinary care and possibly continuing school. Carey is a big animal lover, who would love to travel the world, enjoys playing tennis, and spending time with her family, boyfriend, and friends.

Jordan McWhorter

Jordan is the front desk receptionist. She’s been with Capitol Rehab of Winchester since December 2007.

Jordan loves to sing & competes in many competition in the area. She also made the top 50 of Nashville Star 2007.

Jordan enjoys stimulating conversation and is definitely a people person.
