Kelley Medcalf, CMT

Kelley Medcalf is a National Board Certified Massage Therapist, licensed in Virginia, and a professional member of ABMP. Her specialties include Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, myofascial release, and energetic therapy. Certified in Restorative Yoga, she holds classes at Capitol Rehab and around the Valley. Kelley is also a Certified Educator of Infant Massage and offers private or group seminars to parents, caregivers, and families. 


Prior to graduating from the National Massage Therapy Institute, Kelley earned her B.Mus in woodwind performance from Boston University. The inspiration she gains through her education and personal practice of music, yoga, dance, and martial arts continues to prove how massage therapy plays an integral role in keeping the body moving, healthy, and capable. She looks forward to helping you achieve your stress-relief, recovery, and wellness goals.

Lauren Pointer, CMT

Lauren graduated in 1986 from West Virginia University’s School of Arts and Sciences with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.  There she also performed in the Modern Dance Ensemble and earned a Certification in Dance Instruction.  After Graduating, she followed her passion as a teacher of both dance and physical exercise.


In April 2006 and July 2007, she attained First and Second level certification in the Usui System or Reiki Natural Healing in a growing passion for the human spirit.  In April 2008, she obtained her Thai Massage Certification which later inspired her to obtain a massage education from Shenandoah Valley School of Therapeutic Massage.  In August 2010, she obtained a Certified Massage Therapy License from the State of Virginia.


Her training background also includes, courses in personal development and leadership from the Choice Center in Las Vegas.  The courses are designed to be experiential to elevate Emotional Intelligence (EQ) - a determining factor in creating the life and relationships one desires both personally and professionally.


Lauren sees her clients in totality of the human experience in Body, Mind and Spirit.  She brings a diversified background of knowledge and a heart centered approach to her work and her clients to facilitate healing and well being.
