"With over eight years of experience in Massage therapy, I tailor every massage to the individual needs of each client. I offer a wide range of techniques, from Swedish and Deep Tissue, to Trigger Point and Myofascial release, as well as hot and cold therapies. I received my initial training at The Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage, with particular emphasis on the study of anatomy and physiology, in order to provide well rounded, scientifically based massage."
